Ihawu Protection is quite aware of the level of the areas crime rate.

Our knowledge and experience is the one that motivate the company to obtain security tender.

Our security officers have been trained in public relations, and well equipped with good community communication skills.

Ihawu Protection was informed with an aim to deal with government properties as well, against the crime which is highly problematic in S.A increasing by 80%.

TRAINING AND RECRUITMENT

All staff are recruited and trained according to the Security Officers' Board requirements. With recruitment, all candicates must have a Standard Eight minimum education, duty registered with Security Officers' Board, screened by the SAPCB (South African police Services Criminal Bureau)

Two percent in our business profit will be ploughed back to the community to buy whatever they need. I have security services aims and objectives Gaurds.

The purpose of guards is inter alia, to check and react to the following:

a) To detect and prevent offences against the company.
b) To detect and prevent fires
c) To detect and prevent any other damage to company property and waste of resources.
d) To ensure company rules are observed, such as prohibition of smoking in certain areas.
e) To prevent accidents.
f) Check list of security personnel carrying out patrols and supervising patrols.
g) Examine roofs for holes through which mater or sparks from adjoiing premises could fall and damage goods or machinery.
h) Notes and other defects in roofs, gutters, walls ro windows through which water and smoke is entering or could enter the premises and take the necessary action.
i) Locks and gates, officers and salvage yards.
j) Breaks in perimeter fences, goods or other materials that may be stored close to them.
k) Employee's vehicles in car parks.
l) Seals on loaded trucks, containers, railway wagons, etc.
m) Inside of empty railway wagons that are awaiting removal from the property, stolen property could be stored inside them.
n) Property left in the open.
o) Strong rooms and safe make sure they are locked.
p) Any hazard, which might cause or produce an accident.
q) Unauthorized persons on premises.
r) Visit change rooms to prevent theft and other offences etc.
s) To record all incidents and observations pn post.
t) Use of accurance books.
u) To make note of any problems whilst on post/patrol.
